Pramod Modi holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University with over fifty years of business experince. He has started and ran many successful ventures spanning various industries including Electrical Trading, Panel Manufacturing and Automobile dealerships and is even now active in business as partner, Premier Engineering Corporation which is involved with electrical trading and director, Controls & Schematics, ltd., which is one of the larger panel building units in India. He was the Founding Chairman of Secunderabad Electric Trades Assocation (SETA). He is now also involved in many social organization and is a trustee in many charitable trusts including M.C. Modi Educational Trust, Girijabai Modi Chartiable trust and C.C. Modi Chartiable Trust.

Ashish holds a bachelors degree in Engineering and a Master degree in Business Administration from University of new Haven, USA and has over 18 years of business experience. Ashish currently heads Gloster Cables ltd., A 200 crore turnover Cable Manufacturing unit in Hyderabad that was setup as a joint venture with the bangur family of Kolkotta in his capacity as Managing Director. Ashish is also a director in Fortuneford, Fortune Nissan, Fortune Honda, Harmony Honda, eLogic Solutions, eLogic Design. Ashish is also a member of many social organizations like Enterpreneurs Orginization (EO) and Round table.

Nirav also holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Aadministration from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkotta. Nirav has 11 years of experience in India and USA. Nirav has worked with Maruti Udyog in Gurgaon, CSWL inc. in Pleasanton, USA. Nirav is currently  partner at Premier Engineering Corporation and is also a director at fortune automobiles, which is a dealership for ford cars at eLogic solutions(india) Pvt. Ltd., Fortune Nissan, Fortune Honda, Nirav is also a member of social organizationslike young Indians (YI) where he was the National Chair of Education and a member of the national governing council and enterpreneurs organization (EO) where he was the learning chair and member of the board. YI is the youth wing of the confederation of Indian Industry.

He has completed his graduation and has over 25 years of experience in sales and administration his achievements are mainly in engineering fields working with oil company's such as HPCL, BPCL IOCL and had completed major projects related to oil companies. He is with Premier engineering since 2014 as HOD of the company.
